Mr. Liu Zhenmin (China) said that China, while thanking the Secretary-General for his reports, did not agree with the view expressed in paragraph 96 of the one on the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (A/64/80-E/2009/79), considering it to be not in line with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change .
57 - السيد ليو زنمين (الصين): قال إنه في حين تقدِّم الصين الشكر إلى الأمين العام على تقاريره فإنها لا تتفق مع الرأي الذي أُعرب عنه في الفقرة 96 من التقرير المتعلق بمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني بأقل البلدان نمواً (A/64/80-E/2009/79) وتعتبر أنه لا يتماشى مع اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية المتعلقة بتغيُّر المناخ.

I have the honour to request that you arrange for the distribution as a document of the General Assembly, under agenda item 31, of the declaration on the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries adopted by the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the Organization of African Unity at its thirty-sixth ordinary session, held at Lomé from 10 to 12 July 2000 (see annex).
يشرفني أن أطلب منكم العمل على توزيع الإعلان المتعلق بمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الثالث المعني بأقل البلدان نموا وهو الإعلان الذي اعتمدته جمعية رؤساء وحكومات منظمة الوحدة الأفريقية في دورتها العادية السادسة والثلاثين المعقودة في لومي في الفترة من 10 إلى 12 تموز/يوليه 2000 (انظر المرفق)، وذلك بوصفه وثيقة من وثائق الجمعية العامة، في إطار البند 31 من جدول الأعمال.
