The NAM Coordinating Bureau expressed its great concern over the acquisition of nuclear capability by Israel, which poses a serious and continuing threat to the security of neighbouring and other States, and condemned Israel on its action and the said statement in this regard, and for continuing to develop and stockpile nuclear arsenals.
وأعرب مكتب التنسيق لحركة عدم الانحياز عن بالغ قلقه إزاء حيازة إسرائيل للقدرة النووية، مما يشكل تهديدا خطيرا ومستمرا لأمن الدول المجاورة وغيرها من الدول وأدان إسرائيل لقيامها بهذا العمل وللبيان المذكور في هذا الصدد ولمواصلة تطوير وتخزين ترسانات الأسلحة النووية.

" ويدرك مجلس الأمن الروابط القائمة بين الاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات والإرهاب فضلا عن الأشكال الأخرى للجريمة، كما يدرك ما تشكله هذه الأنشطة من تحديات داخل أفغانستان وكذلك بالنسبة لدول المرور العابر والدول المجاورة وغيرها من الدول المتأثرة بعمليات الإتجار بالمخدرات التي تتم من أفغانستان.

In a statement on behalf of the Security Council, made by its President on 22 February 1995 (S/PRST/1995/9), it was the Council's position that appropriate consideration should be given to submissions received from neighbouring or other States affected by special economic problems as a result of the imposition of sanctions.
٢٢ - وفي بيــان أصدره رئيس مجلس اﻷمن بالنيابة عن المجلس في ٢٢ شباط/فبرايـــر ١٩٩٥ S/PRST/) (1995/9، ذهب المجلس الى أن من الضروري إيلاء الاعتبار المناسب للتقارير التي تقدمها الدول المجاورة وغيرها من الدول التي تتأثر بمشاكل اقتصادية خاصة نتيجة لفرض الجزاءات.
