Article 4 of the same Act defines a juvenile reformatory as a place for the detention of juveniles, who may also be detained in the juvenile section of a prison, where they are isolated from adult criminals, if they are found to be of bad character or rebellious to such an extent that they cannot be trusted and, therefore, cannot be allowed to remain in the reformatory.
وجاء في المادة 4 من هذا القانون بأنه تعتبر دار تربية الأحداث محلاً لتوقيف الأحداث ويجوز توقيفهم في السجن في المكان المعد للأحداث إذا أثبت أن الموقوف فاسد الخلق أو متمرد لدرجة لا يؤتمن معها بقاؤه في دار الأحداث ويتم ذلك بمعزل عن المجرمين البالغين.
