30. In its resolution 20/17, the Council invited the High Commissioner to monitor the human rights situation in the north of the Republic of Mali and to report thereon to the Council at its twenty-first session.
30- طلب المجلس، في قراره 20/17، إلى المفوضة السامية أن ترصد حالة حقوق الإنسان في شمال جمهورية مالي وأن تقدم تقريراً بهذا الشأن إلى المجلس في دورته الحادية والعشرين.

It also requested the Independent Expert to continue her work in the preparation of a draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and in further developing guidelines, standards, norms and principles and to submit a report on the implementation of that resolution to the Council at its twenty-first session.
