وبغية ملء شاغر ما، تقوم المجموعة الإقليمية المعنية التي يعود إليها الشاغر بتعيين ممثل من الدول الأعضاء في المجموعة الإقليمية ذاتها.

In that decision, regional groups were authorized to appoint replacements for those experts from their group who cease to be members of the Committee, effective upon notification of the President of the General Assembly and the Committee by the relevant regional group.
وفي ذلك المقرر، أُذن للمجموعات الإقليمية بتعيين بدلاء للخبراء من كل مجموعة الذين تنتهي عضويتهم في اللجنة اعتبارا من إخطار المجموعة الإقليمية المعنية رئيس الجمعية العامة واللجنة بذلك.

13. Also in accordance with past practice, the Conference agreed that, should any of the above States not be represented at the Conference, the regional group concerned would be requested to nominate a replacement.
13- ووافق المؤتمر، وفقاً للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي، على أن يُطلب، بخصوص أي دولة من الدول المذكورة أعلاه غير الممثلة في المؤتمر، إلى المجموعة الإقليمية المعنية أن ترشح بديلاً لها.

The Assembly was informed that as a result of the remaining vacant seat from among the Eastern European States the President of the General Assembly would continue to hold consultations with the regional group concerned and would keep the Assembly informed.
وأُبلغت الجمعية العامة أنه نظرا لاستمرار شغور المقعد الذي يتعين ملؤه من دول أوروبا الشرقية، فإن رئيسة الجمعية العامة ستواصل إجراء مشاورات مع المجموعة الإقليمية المعنية وستواصل إطلاع الجمعية العامة على نتائجها.

Regarding the remaining vacant seat from among the Latin American and Caribbean States, the President informed the General Assembly that he would continue to hold consultations with the regional group concerned and would keep the Assembly informed.
وفيما يتعلق بالمقعد الشاغر المتبقي ضمن مجموعة دول أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي، أبلغ الرئيس الجمعية العامة أنـه سيواصل إجراء مشاورات مع المجموعة الإقليمية المعنية كما سيواصل إبلاغ الجمعية بنتائج تلك المشاورات.

In accordance with past practice, the Committee was to be composed of the same nine States as appointed by the General Assembly to serve on the Credentials Committee at its fifty-eighth session, but if any of the States in question were not represented at the Conference, the regional group concerned would be requested to nominate a replacement.
ووفقاً للممارسة المُتبعة في الماضي، فإن هذه اللجنة تتألف من نفس الدول التسع التي عينتها الجمعية العامة للعمل كأعضاء في لجنة وثائق التفويض في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين. ولكنه إذا كانت أية دولة من هذه الدول المعنية غير ممثلة في المؤتمر، يُطلب عندئذ من المجموعة الإقليمية المعنية أن تسمي عضواً بديلاً.

The Acting President: Regarding the remaining vacancy from among the Group of Eastern European States, I will continue to hold consultation with the regional group concerned and will keep the Assembly informed.
الرئيس بالنيابة (تكلم بالانكليزية): وفي ما يتعلق بالمنصب الشاغر المتبقي بين مجموعة دول أوروبا الشرقية، سأواصل إجراء مشاورات مع المجموعة الإقليمية المعنية وسأحيط الجمعية علما بها.

45. States reaffirmed the importance of the early designation of the Chair of future Programme of Action meetings and encouraged the relevant regional group to make such a nomination, if possible, one year in advance of the meeting.
45 - وأكدت الدول أهمية تعيين رئيس الاجتماعات المقبلة لبرنامج العمل مبكرا، وشجعت المجموعة الإقليمية المعنية على تسمية مرشحها، قبل عقد الاجتماع بسنة واحدة قدر الإمكان.

19. Recognizes the importance of the early designation of one Chair for both the preparatory committee and the review conference, and encourages the relevant regional group to nominate the Chair-designate by May 2011;
