91 - وينبغي أن تكفل الدول من خلال سلطاتها المختصة أن يتيح إيواء الأطفال المحاطين برعاية بديلة وعملية الإشراف عليهم في هذا السياق حصولهم على حماية فعالة من الإيذاء.

94. States, agencies and facilities, schools and other community services should take appropriate measures to ensure that children in alternative care are not stigmatized during or after their placement.
94 - وعلى الحكومات والهيئات والمؤسسات والمدارس وغيرها من الدوائر الاجتماعية أن تتخذ ما يلزم من تدابير لضمان عدم وصم الأطفال المحاطين برعاية بديلة خلال فترة إيداعهم فيها أو بعدها.

108. Comprehensive and up-to-date records should be maintained regarding the administration of alternative care services, including detailed files on all children in their care, staff employed and financial transactions.
108 - وينبغي الاحتفاظ بسجلات شاملة ومحدّثة بشأن إدارة خدمات الرعاية البديلة، بما فيها ملفات تفصيلية عن جميع الأطفال المحاطين بالرعاية فيها، وعن الموظفين العاملين فيها وتعاملاتها المالية.

82 - وينبغي أن تولي الدول اهتماما خاصا لضمان أن تتاح للأطفال المحاطين برعاية بديلة بسبب وجود والديهم في السجن أو رقودهم لفترات طويلة في المستشفى فرصة الحفاظ على اتصالهم بوالديهم والحصول على ما يلزم من مشورة ودعم في هذا الصدد.
