46- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تكثف جهودها لكفالة حصول الجميع، بمن فيهم المحرومون والمهمشون أفراداً وجماعات، على خدمات الرعاية الصحية على نحو مناسب، ولا سيما في المناطق الريفية.

It recommends that the State party intensify its efforts to ensure de facto access to affordable, good quality and timely health care and medical treatment for all segments of the population, including persons living in rural and remote areas, as well as disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups.
وتوصي الدولةَ الطرفَ بأن تكثف جهودها من أجل ضمان إمكانية الحصول فعلياً على خدمات الرعاية الصحية والعلاج الطبي الجيدة بتكلفة مقدور عليها وفي الوقت المناسب لجميع قطاعات السكان، بمن فيهم من يعيشون في المناطق الريفية والنائية وكذلك المحرومون والمهمشون أفراداً وجماعات.

In doing so, the Committee will, in its examination of the reports of States parties and in its dialogue with them, continue to address the eradication of poverty and underdevelopment and the creation of conditions for achieving economic and social progress and development for all, including for disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups.
وبذلك، فإن اللجنة، في سياق نظرها في تقارير الدول الأطراف وحوارها معها، ستواصل تناول مسائل القضاء على الفقر والتخلف، وتهيئة الظروف اللازمة من أجل تحقيق التقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والتنمية للجميع، بمَن فيهم المحرومون والمهمشون من الأفراد والفئات.

51. Nevertheless, CESCR recommended reinforced measures in the new National Strategy to Combat Poverty to benefit disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups.

103. The Committee is deeply concerned about the acute shortage of adequate housing in the State party, including sound housing units, especially in the densely populated urban areas where the disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups, such as poor families, IDPs, older persons and people with disabilities, live in informal settlements, shelters and camps which lack basic infrastructure and basic facilities and services.
103- وتشعر اللجنة ببالغ القلق إزاء النقص الحاد في السكن اللائق في الدولة الطرف، بما في ذلك الافتقار إلى وحدات سكن جيد في الدولة الطرف، ولا سيما في المناطق الحضرية المكتظة بالسكان حيث يعيش المحرومون والمهمشون من الأفراد والجماعات، في مستوطنات غير نظامية وملاجئ ومخيمات تفتقر إلى البُنى التحتية والمرافق والخدمات الأساسية، كالأسر الفقيرة، والمشردين داخلياً، والمسنين والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

(c) Take specific measures to address the problems of high health-care costs, the shortage of certain drugs and the limited availability of health-care services, especially in rural areas, in order to ensure de facto access to affordable, good quality and timely health care and medical treatment for all segments of the population, including disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups;
(ج) أن تتخذ تدابير محدَّدة للتصدي للمشاكل المتعلقة بارتفاع تكاليف الرعاية الصحية، والنقص في بعض العقاقير وخدمات الرعاية الصحية المحدودة، ولا سيما في المناطق الريفية، بغية ضمان الوصول بفعل الواقع إلى الرعاية الصحية التي يمكن تحمُّل تكاليفها والتي تتسم بنوعية جيدة وتُقدَّم في الوقت المناسب وتوفير العلاج الطبي لجميع شرائح السكان، بمن فيهم المحرومون والمهمشون من الأفراد والمجموعات؛
