An arbitrator, from the time of his or her appointment and throughout the arbitral proceedings, shall without delay disclose any such circumstances to the parties and the other arbitrators unless they have already been informed by him or her of these circumstances.
ويُفصح المحكّم، منذ وقت تعيينه وطوال إجراءات التحكيم، للأطراف ولسائر المحكِّمين دون إبطاء عن أي ظروف من هذا القبيل ما لم يكن قد أعلمهم بها من قبل.

125. The above-mentioned memorandum stated that UNHCR had to discontinue the use of project staff because of legal implications: although UNHCR would have immunity before national courts, an arbitrator might hold UNHCR liable.
125- وتنص المذكرة السالفة الذكر على أن المفوضية يتعين أن تُنهي استخدام موظفي المشاريع بسبب الآثار القانونية المترتبة عليه: فعلى الرغم من أن المفوضية تتمتع بالحصانة أمام المحاكم الوطنية، فإن أحد المحكِّمين يمكن أن يلقى بتبعة ما على كاهل المفوضية.

125- وتنص المذكرة السالفة الذكر على أن المفوضية يتعين أن تُنهي استخدام موظفي المشاريع بسبب الآثار القانونية المترتبة عليه: فعلى الرغم من أن المفوضية تتمتع بالحصانة أمام المحاكم الوطنية، فإن أحد المحكِّمين يمكن أن يلقى بتبعة ما على كاهل المفوضية.

The arbitrators shall have no authority to award interest or punitive damages.
ولن يكون من سلطة المحكِّمين منح فائدة أو تعويضات عن الأضرار.
