6- يشجّع المدير العام على أن يتخذ، بالتعاون مع سائر وكالات الأمم المتحدة، ما يلزم من خطوات لضمان استمرار مشاركة اليونيدو في صوغ مشاريع للتنمية الصناعية المستدامة في البلدان الخارجة من أحوال الأزمات، وفي تنفيذها عند تأمين الظروف اللازمة، في تشاور تام مع السلطات المختصة؛

With regard to agenda item 11 ( " Consultations with non-member States " ), he encouraged the Director-General to pursue his efforts to increase UNIDO's membership in order to strengthen the Organization.
27- وفيما يتعلق بالبند 11 من جدول الأعمال ( " المشاورات مع الدول غير الأعضاء " )، شجّع المدير العام على أن يواصل جهوده لزيادة عضوية اليونيدو من أجل تعزيز المنظمة.

The decision to open UNIDO field offices in Morocco and South Africa would further enhance African industrial development cooperation. The opening of the office in Morocco would improve the implementation of the integrated programme, and he urged the Director-General to intensify efforts to expedite the establishment of the office.
وقال ان قرار فتح مكتب ميداني لليونيدو في المغرب وفي جنوب أفريقيا سوف يزيد من تعزيز التعاون الأفريقي في ميدان التنمية الصناعية وسوف يحسّن فتح مكتب المغرب تنفيذ البرنامج المتكامل، وحث المدير العام على أن يكثّف الجهود لتعجيل إنشاء هذا المكتب.

وإذ يستذكر قراره م ع-10/ ق-2 الذي شجّع المدير العام على أن يمضي قُدُما بعملية اللامركزية صوب الميدان وأن يواصل تعزيز وترشيد العمليات الميدانية التي تضطلع بها المنظمة،

The Board took note of the information contained in document GC.8/8-IDB.21/21 and encouraged the Director-General to present to the General Conference an updated report.

٥٣- ونعيد تأكيد الأولويات المحددة في الفقرة ٣٨ من إعلان الدوحة الوزاري بشأن تقديم المساعدة الفنية، ونحث المدير العام على أن يتوخى التركيز في البرامج على احتياجات البلدان المستفيدة، وعلى الأولويات والولايات التي اعتمدها الأعضاء.
