1. Presidential legislative decrees concerning a general amnesty:
أولا - المراسيم التشريعية الرئاسية بالعفو العام:

اعتماد المراسيم التشريعية والمراسيم العاجلة التي يأمر بإصدارها رئيس الجمهورية، وكذلك مشاريع القوانين والمراسيم والقرارات المنصوص عليها في القانون؛

Reference was also made to relevant legislative decrees, which introduced the crime of racial discrimination and which amended the Labour Code by prohibiting any type of racist discrimination within the workplace.
وأشارت أيضا إلى المراسيم التشريعية ذات الصلة، التي جرّمت التمييز العنصري وعدّلت قانون العمل بحظرها أي نوع من أنواع التمييز العنصري في مكان العمل.

The author alleges that legislative decrees Nos. 921 to 927, which were adopted as a result of this mandate, have not substantially changed the legislative framework, since the existing unconstitutional legislation has not been replaced but has been supplemented in some cases and amended in others.

36. The Legal Defence Institute (IDL) indicated that military courts have expanded their jurisdiction to include ordinary offences and that military personnel on active duty are appointed as judges under legislative decrees Nos. 1094, 1095, 1096 of 1 September 2010.
36- وأشار معهد الدفاع القانوني إلى أن المحاكم العسكرية وسّعت ولايتها القضائية لتشمل جرائم عادية وتعيين أفراد من الجيش ممن هم في الخدمة الفعلية قضاة بموجب المراسيم التشريعية 1094 و1095 و1096 الصادرة في 1 أيلول/سبتمبر 2010.

(b) To approve such legislative decrees and emergency decrees as may be issued by the President of the Republic, and bills, decrees and decisions as provided for by law;

118. Congress may delegate to the Executive the power to legislate, by means of legislative decrees, on a specific matter and for a particular period as established in the enabling law.- These legislative decrees are subject to the same provisions as those which apply for the law.
٨١١ - ويجوز للكونغرس أن يفوض للهيئة التنفيذية سلطة التشريع، من خلال مراسيم تشريعية، حول موضوع معين ولفترة محددة مقررة في القانون الذي يعطيها هذا التفويض. وتخضع هذه المراسيم التشريعية لنفس اﻷحكام التي تطبق على القانون.

39. A series of amendments have been made to the Penal Code contained in Decree 144-83 in order to eliminate all forms of discrimination against women, via legislative decrees 191-96, 59-97 and 127-99, and family violence has been made a crime (articles 179-A and 179-B), as has sexual harassment (article 147-A).

15. The Legal Chancellor shall be an independent official who shall monitor whether the legislative acts adopted by the State legislature and executive and by local governments are in accordance with the Constitution and the law (EC, art. 139).
١٥- والمستشار القانوني موظف مستقل يقوم برصد امتثال المراسيم التشريعية التي تعتمدها السلطة التشريعية والتنفيذية في الدولة والحكومات المحلية للدستور والقانون )المادة ١٣٩ من الدستور(.
