Mr. Timerman (Observer for Argentina), Minister for Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Republic, said that the purpose of the draft resolution was to foster a more just international order in which disputes were resolved peacefully and the interests of small and medium-sized countries were not ignored.
