20. Each review team will provide a thorough and comprehensive assessment of the forest management reference level submission and will under its collective responsibility prepare a report.

In the case the forest management reference level is based on a projection, a Party may choose not to account for the emissions from harvested wood products originating from forests prior to the start of the second commitment period, and shall ensure consistency in the treatment of the harvested wood products pool in the second commitment period in accordance with paragraph 14 above.
وإذا كان المستوى المرجعي لإدارة الغابات مستندا إلى توقعات، يمكن للطرف أن يختار ألا يحسب انبعاثات منتجات الخشب المقطوع الناشئة من الغابات قبل بدء فترة الالتزام الثانية، ويكفل اتساق المعالجة المتعلقة بمستجمع منتجات الخشب المقطوع في فترة الالتزام الثانية وفقاً للفقرة 14 أعلاه.
