In the case of a tie among three or more candidates obtaining the largest number of votes, a second ballot shall be held.
وفي حالة تعادل الأصوات بين ثلاثة أو أكثر من المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات، يجري اقتراع ثانٍ.

If the number of candidates obtaining such majority is less than six, there shall be additional ballots, restricted to the candidates who obtained the largest number of votes in the previous ballot, with the number of candidates limited to not more than twice the places remaining to be filled.
وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه الأغلبية أقل من ستة، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية تخص فقط المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق، على ألا يتجاوز عددهم ضعف عدد المقاعد المتبقية.

The subsequent voting shall be restricted to the candidates who obtained the largest number of votes in the previous ballot and the number of candidates shall be limited to not more than twice the places remaining to be filled, with the provision that, after the third inconclusive ballot, votes may be cast for any eligible nominee.
ويقتصر التصويت التالي على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق بحيث لا يزيد عدد المرشحين عن ضعف عدد المناصب المتبقية، على أنه يجوز، بعد ثالث اقتراع غير حاسم، التصويت لأي مرشح مستوف للشروط.

ويقتصر التصويت عندئذ على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق وعلى عدد لا يتجاوز ضعف المناصب المتبقية، على أن يجري التصويت، بعد الاقتراع الثالث غير الحاسم، لأي مرشحين مؤهلين.

2 - في حالة تعادل الأصوات في الاقتراع الأول بين ثلاثة أو أكثر من المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات، يُجرى اقتراع ثانٍ.

In accordance with rule 66 of the Rules of Procedure, the second, third and fourth rounds were restricted to the candidates obtaining the greatest number of votes in the first ballot to a number not more than twice the places remaining to be filled.
ووفقا للمادة 66 من النظام الداخلي، اقتصرت الجولات الثانية والثالثة والرابعة على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع الأول على ألا يتجاوز عددهم ضعف عدد المقاعد المراد ملؤها.

فإذا أجريت ثلاثة من هذه الاقتراعات غير المقيدة دون أن تسفر عن نتيجة حاسمة، اقتصرت الاقتراعات الثلاثة التي تليها على عدد من المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات في ثالث اقتراع غير مقيد لا يزيد عن ضعف عدد المناصب الشاغرة المتبقية، وتكون الاقتراعات الثلاثة التي تجرى بعد ذلك غير مقيدة، وهلم جرا، حتى يتم شغل جميع المناصب. المادة ٧٥

In the case of a tie vote for a remaining seat, there will be a restricted ballot limited to those candidates that have obtained an equal number of votes.
وفي حالة تعادل عدد الأصوات لمقعد شاغر، سيجري اقتراع مقيد يقتصر على المرشحين الحاصلين على عدد متساو من الأصوات.

3. If the number of candidates obtaining such majority is less than the number of places to be filled, additional ballots shall be held to fill the remaining places, the voting being restricted to the candidates having obtained the greatest number of votes in the previous ballot, who shall number not more than twice the places remaining to be filled.
3 - فإذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه الأغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المُراد شغلها، تجري اقتراعات إضافية لشغل المناصب المتبقية، مع قصر كل اقتراع على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع الذي سبقه، على ألا يزيد عددهم على ضعف المناصب الشاغرة المتبقية.
