In view of the general nature of that decision, the Commission mandated its Editorial Committee to incorporate it in annex I to the rules of procedure.

The annex to that draft resolution contained a purely technical amendment to paragraph 1 of annex I to the Staff Regulations of the United Nations concerning the salary of the Administrator of UNDP.

3. Approves the amendment to paragraph 1 of annex I to the Staff Regulations of the United Nations with effect from 1 January 2003, as set forth in the annex to the present resolution;

44. In respect of disputes related to the submission, Mr. Fife stated that some unresolved questions remained with regard to bilateral delimitation of the continental shelf with neighbouring States and that those questions ought to be considered by reference to rule 46 of and annex I to the rules of procedure of the Commission.

١٠ - تعدل أيضا، اعتبارا من ١ نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٤، الفقرة ٦ من المرفق اﻷول للنظام اﻷساسي لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة على النحو الوارد في المرفق الثاني لهذا القرار، وتحث المنظمات اﻷعضاء اﻷخرى في الصندوق المشترك للمعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة على اتخاذ إجراء مماثل لتعديل أنظمتها اﻷساسية أو الادارية لموظفيها حسب الاقتضاء.
