In this context, some of the provisions of annex II to decision 10/1 may be recalled.
٨١- وفي هذا السياق، يمكن اﻹشارة إلى بعض نصوص المرفق الثاني للمقرر ٠١/١.

The EGTT will propose its next two-year rolling programme of work for endorsement by the SBI and the SBSTA at their thirty-first sessions, in line with the terms of reference contained in annex II to decision 3/CP.13.

5. Decides to apply and give full effect to the code of practice for the treatment of confidential information, as contained in annex II to decision 12/CP.9, for the reviews of inventories under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol;

The performance of the selected institution will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria for evaluating the performance of regional or subregional centres for capacity-building and transfer of technology set out in annex II to decision SC-2/9.
20 - ويتم تقييم أداء المؤسسة المختارة طبقاً لمعايير تقييم أداء المراكز الإقليمية أو دون الإقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا المحددة في المرفق الثاني للمقرر " اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/9 " .

Furthermore, in decision SC-5/21, it requested the Secretariat to develop a methodology for evaluating the regional centres based on the criteria set out in annex II to decision SC-2/9, which should include a quantitative analysis to be used in the evaluation of the performance and sustainability of each centre to be undertaken every four years.

The methodology is designed to assist the Conference of the Parties in evaluating the performance and sustainability of the regional centres against the performance criteria set out in annex II to decision SC-2/9, which is set out in annex I to the present note for ease of reference.
وقد صُممت المنهجية لمساعدة مؤتمر الأطراف في تقييم أداء واستدامة المراكز الإقليمية باستخدام معايير الأداء الواردة في المرفق الثاني للمقرر ا س- 2/9، والموضحة في المرفق الأول لهذه المذكرة لسهولة الرجوع إليها.

To undertake the assessment, the Conference of the Parties requested parties to use the format set out in table 2 of annex II to decision SC-5/22, to assess and report on the resources used during the period 2010 - 2014 and on their funding needs for 2015 - 2019.

Notes that it has evaluated, in accordance with the criteria set out in annex II to decision SC-2/9, the performance and sustainability of the Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centres endorsed by decision SC-4/23;

36- يضم المرفق الثاني للمقرر 13/م أ-9 مؤشرات الأثر المؤقتة المتعلقة بالهدف الاستراتيجي 4 للاستراتيجية الذي يتناول تعبئة الموارد لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاقية عن طريق بناء شراكات فعالة بين الجهات الفاعلة الوطنية والدولية.

The validation process should also include an assessment of other relevant stack gas concentrations identified in annex II to decision XV/[...] and a comparison with maximum levels stipulated in relevant national standards or international protocols/treaties.

5- يقرر تطبيق مدونة قواعد الممارسة المتعلقة بمعالجة المعلومات السرية كما وردت في المرفق الثاني للمقرر .../م أ-9 (القضايا المتصلة بالاستعراض التقني لقوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة) وإعمالها بالكامل في عمليات استعراض قوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو؛

The Committee may wish to discuss the issues raised in the sections which follow and, in that light, to consider the attached draft recommendation to the COP, with a view to adopting an agreed version together with the related draft recommendation concerning the in-depth review of communications from Annex I Parties that was provisionally agreed at the tenth session (A/AC.237/76, annex II to decision 10/1).
٤- قد تود اللجنة أن تبحث المسائل التي أثيرت في الفروع التالية من هذه المذكرة، وأن تنظر، في ضوء هذا البحث، في مشروع التوصية المرفق والمقدم إلى مؤتمر اﻷطراف بهدف اعتماد صيغة متفق عليها، إلى جانب مشروع المقرر المتصل به والمتعلق بالاستعراض المتعمق للبلاغات الواردة من اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول، هذا الاستعراض الذي كانت قد وافقت عليه الدورة العاشرة بصفة مؤقتة )A/AC.237/76، المرفق الثاني للمقرر ٠١/١(.

The section on " Review of information on assigned amounts pursuant to Article 3, paragraphs 7 and 8, emission reduction units, certified emission reductions, assigned amount units and removal units " and the section on " Review of national registries " , as contained in annex II to decision 22/CP.8.
