8. Agrees that, if an intersessional open-ended working group is not convened, the annex to the present decision shall be transmitted by the Secretariat to the Conference of the Parties for consideration at its ninth meeting;
8 - يوافق، على أن تقوم الأمانة، في حالة عدم تكوين فريق مفتوح العضوية عامل فيما بين الدورات، بإحالة المرفق لهذا المقرر إلى مؤتمر الأطراف للنظر فيه في اجتماعه التاسع؛

Adopts the revised process for the review of entries in the Register of Specific Exemptions contained in the annex to the present decision and agrees to review paragraph 4 of the process at its next meeting;
1 - يعتمد العملية المنقحة لاستعراض القيود في سجل الإعفاءات المحددة الواردة في المرفق لهذا المقرر ويوافق على أن يستعرض في اجتماعه القادم الفقرة 4 من العملية؛

2. Decides also that the draft text contained in the annex to the present decision shall be the basis for its further work on this matter at its third meeting;

2. Decides that all the amendments shall enter into force on 1 February 2005, except for the amendments made by paragraph 1 (a) and (b) of the annex to the present decision, which shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
2 - يقرر أن تدخل جميع التعديلات حيز السريان في 1 شباط/فبراير 2005، باستثناء التعديلات التي أجرتها الفقرة 1 (أ) و(ب) من المرفق لهذا المقرر التي ستدخل حيز السريان في الأول من كانون الثاني/يناير 2006؛

2. Invites Governments, when developing their implementation plans as called for in Article 7 of the Convention, to identify areas and issues in addition to those in the annex to the present decision for which they may require technical assistance, and to transmit this information to the Secretariat, by 31 December 2004;
تدعو الحكومات، لدى قيامها بتطوير خطط التنفيذ الخاصة بها على النحو الذي دُعي إليه في المادة 7 من الاتفاقية، إلى تحديد المجالات والقضايا، إضافة إلى تلك الواردة في المرفق لهذا المقرر التي قد تحتاج فيها للمساعدة التقنية وإحالة هذه المعلومات إلى الأمانة في موعد غايته 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004؛

(d) For parties operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol, the consumption and production of hydrofluorocarbons listed in the annex to the present decision shall be reduced to a level that does not exceed:
(د) بالنسبة للأطراف العاملة بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 5، يخفض استهلاك وإنتاج مركبات الكربون الهيدروفلورية المدرجة في المرفق لهذا المقرر إلى مستوى لا يتجاوز:
