One submission stated that CST should address scientific questions relevant to decision-making but not implementation, in particular at field level.
وأشارت مساهمة إلى أن لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا ينبغي أن تتناول المسائل العلمية المتصلة بعملية اتخاذ القرار وليس التنفيذ، خصوصاً على الصعيد الميداني.
