وقد أدت المساعدة التقنية المقدمة من الأونكتاد إلى سن مشاريع قوانين سيبرانية أو إعدادها لتقرها الحكومة في كمبوديا وجمهورية لاو الديمقراطية الشعبية، وكذلك في دول أعضاء في جماعة شرق أفريقيا، وإلى تزايد المواءمة الإقليمية في أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي.

With regard to cooperation with other international organizations, the UNCTAD secretariat should develop practical modalities for its effective contribution to the preparation of the United Nations Development Assistance Framework and the Common Country Assessment so as to ensure that it reflects the technical assistance provided by UNCTAD in the field of trade and development.
`5` وفي صدد التعاون مع المنظمات الدولية الأخرى ينبغي لأمانة الأونكتاد أن تضع طرائق عملية لتحقيق مساهمته الفعالة في التحضير لإطار الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة الإنمائية والتقييم القطري المشترك لكفالة اشتماله على المساعدة التقنية المقدمة من الأونكتاد في ميدان التجارة والتنمية.

16. The representative of Kenya said that his Government valued the technical assistance extended by UNCTAD to Kenya, particularly in the training of Kenyan officials and their attachment to other competition agencies where they had gained experience and expertise in the enforcement of competition law.
16- وقال ممثل كينيا إن حكومته تقدر المساعدة التقنية المقدمة من الأونكتاد إلى كينيا، وخاصة في تدريب الموظفين الكينيين وربطهم بوكالات أخرى معنية بالمنافسة حيث اكتسبوا التجربة والخبرة الفنية في إنفاذ قانون المنافسة.
