There are currently six pilot labs in operation, including one in Torbay, where the Benefits Agency and the local Social Services have worked together and have significantly increased take-up of attendance allowance, and the Prisoners Passport Lab in the North-east. Prisoners are being successfully resettled into the community with coordinated help to get access to the public services they need upon release.
