192. The Special Committee reiterates the necessity for troop- and police-contributing countries to be provided with comprehensive briefings on a regular basis on the situation of each peacekeeping operation.

This will enable troop- and police-contributing countries to properly prepare for the meeting and participate more fully, including in the event of a serious incident.
