Ms. Buergo Rodríguez (Cuba) said it was regrettable that nearly a year and a half after the original request by the Assembly regarding the impact of the implementation of pilot projects on budgetary practices and procedures, the Secretariat had still not been able to provide the information requested.
٣٨ - السيدة بيرغو رودريغز )كوبا(: قالت إن من المؤسف أنه بعد انقضاء سنة ونصف السنة تقريبا على طلب الجمعية العامة المتعلق بأثر تنفيذ المشاريع الرائدة على الممارسات واﻹجراءات المتعلقة بالميزانية لا تزال اﻷمانة العامة غير قادرة على تقديم المعلومات المطلوبة.

She wondered why the report of the Secretary-General on the impact of the implementation of pilot projects on budgetary practices and procedures as well as on the Financial Regulations and Rules, was not yet available, and proposed that there should be no changes in budgetary practices and procedures or in the Financial Regulations and Rules until the Secretariat had reported on the status of the report.
