The Government shall take effective and adequate measures to ensure the appropriate security, safety and protection of personnel of the Office of the Special Tribunal and other persons referred to in this Agreement, while in Lebanon.
تتخذ الحكومة تدابير فعالة ومناسبة لتوفير مستوى مناسب من الأمن والسلامة والحماية لموظفي مكتب المحكمة الخاصة ولغيرهم من الأشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا الاتفاق، أثناء وجودهم في لبنان.

All persons referred to in this Agreement as notified, and persons invited on official business, by the Executive Coordinator shall have the right of unimpeded entry into, exit from, free movement and sojourn within the host country.
لجميع اﻷشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا الاتفاق على النحو المبين في اﻹبلاغ، واﻷشخاص الذين يدعوهم المنسق التنفيذي للقيام بأعمال رسمية، الحق في دخول البلد المضيف والخروج منه، والتنقل واﻹقامة فيه بحرية ودون أية عراقيل.

1. At the request of the Executive Coordinator, the Government shall issue identification cards to persons referred to in this Agreement certifying their status under this Agreement.
١- بناء على طلب المنسق التنفيذي، تصدر الحكومة بطاقات هوية لﻷشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا الاتفاق تشهد بوضعهم بموجب هذا الاتفاق.

Question 2 (c) What legislation or procedures exist for denying safe haven to terrorists, such as laws for excluding or expelling the types of individuals referred to in this subparagraph? It would be helpful if States supplied examples of any relevant action taken.
ج - هل هناك قوانين أو إجراءات تمنع توفير الملاذ الآمن للإرهابيين؟ وعلى سبيل المثال نصوص القوانين الهادفة لمنع دخول أو طرد الأشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا البند ومن المفيد إعطاء أمثلة عن التدابير المتخذة في هذا المجال؟

The competent authorities shall take effective and adequate action which may be required to ensure the appropriate security, safety and protection of persons referred to in this Agreement, indispensable for the proper functioning of the Tribunal, free from interference of any kind.
تقوم السلطات المختصة باتخاذ اﻹجراءات الفعالة والملائمة التي قد تلزم لضمان اﻷمن والسلامة والحماية المناسبة لﻷشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا الاتفاق واللازمين ﻷداء المحكمة لمهمتها على نحو سليم بدون تدخل من أي نوع.

1. The provisions of this Agreement shall be complementary to the provisions of the General Convention and the Vienna Convention, the latter Convention only insofar as it is relevant for the diplomatic privileges, immunities and facilities accorded to the appropriate categories of persons referred to in this Agreement.
١- أحكام هذا الاتفاق مكملة ﻷحكام الاتفاقية العامة واتفاقية فيينا وتكون الاتفاقية اﻷخيرة مكملة فقط بقدر صلتها بالامتيازات والحصانات والتسهيلات الدبلوماسية التي تمنح للفئات الملائمة من اﻷشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا الاتفاق.

Notification 1. The Registrar shall notify the Government of the names and categories of persons referred to in this Agreement, in particular the Judges, the Prosecutors, the staff of the Tribunal, persons performing missions for the Tribunal, counsel admitted by the Tribunal, witnesses and experts called to appear before the Tribunal or the Prosecutor, and of any change in their status.
١ - يُخطر المسجل الحكومة بأسماء وفئات اﻷشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا الاتفاق، ولا سيما أسماء القضاة، والمدعين العامين، وموظفي المحكمة، واﻷشخاص القائمين بمهام تتعلق بالمحكمة، والمحامين الذين تسمح لهم المحكمة، والشهود والخبراء المطلوب حضورهم أمام المحكمة أو أمام المدعي العام وبأي تغيير في حالة أي منهم.

(6) Another element which is stated expressly in article 1 is that the mode of acquisition of the predecessor State's nationality has no effect on the scope of the right of the persons referred to in this provision to a nationality.
6) وهناك عنصر آخر منصوص عليه صراحة في المادة 1، ألا وهو أن طريقة اكتساب جنسية الدولة السلف ليست لها تأثير على مدى حق الأشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا النص في التمتع بجنسية.

d. Property violence: Act or omission perpetrated by someone, which affects or prevents due care for the needs of the family or any of the persons referred to in this Act; or damages, loses, diminishes, destroys, retains, distracts or appropriates objects, instruments or goods.
د - العنف الأبوي: الإجراء أو الإهمال الذي يؤثر على الاهتمام الملائم باحتياجات الأسرة أو أي من الأشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا القانون أو يعرقل هذا الاهتمام؛ مع الإضرار بالأشياء أو الأدوات أو الممتلكات أو إضاعتها أو تدميرها أو حجزها أو اختلاسها أو الاستيلاء عليها.

3. The provisions relating to the inviolability of the funds, assets, archives and documents of the Office of the Special Tribunal in Lebanon, the privileges and immunities of those referred to in this Agreement, as well as provisions relating to defence counsel and the protection of victims and witnesses, shall survive termination of this Agreement.
3 - يستمر، بعد انتهاء هذا الاتفاق، مفعول الأحكام المتعلقة بحرمة أموال مكتب المحكمة الخاصة في لبنان وموجوداته ومحفوظاته ومستنداته، وبامتيازات وحصانات الأشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا الاتفاق، إضافة إلى الأحكام ذات الصلة بمحامي الدفاع وحماية المجني عليهم والشهود.

In particular, there is insufficient evidence to show that the refugees referred to in this part of the claim unit were among those refugees who departed from Iraq or Kuwait during the period 2 August 1990 to 2 March 1991, as stipulated in paragraph 34 of Governing Council decision 7.
