1. The Council shall, in accordance with the annual assessment of the world natural rubber situation referred to in article 46, identify any obstacles to the expansion of trade in natural rubber in its raw, semi-processed or modified forms.

46. ٦٢- ويتعين التركيز على أن إصدار أمر اﻹحضار أمام المحكمة أو أمر إنفاذ الحقوق الدستورية " أمبارو " لا يعلﱠقان اثناء الفترات التي تعلن فيها حالات الطوارئ أو اﻷحكام العرفية على النحو المشار اليه في المادة ٧٣١ من دستور بيرو.

2. The composition of the Committee shall be decided by the Director-General of UNIDO, taking into consideration the proposals of the Steering Committee, the Managing Director and the Rector referred to in article VIII. The Director-General of UNIDO or his representative shall be entitled to participate in the work of the Committee.
2- يقرّر المدير العام لليونيدو تركيبة اللجنة، آخذا في اعتباره اقتراحات اللجنة التوجيهية والمدير الإداري والعميد المشار اليه في المادة الثامنة. ويحق للمدير العام لليونيدو أو ممثله أن يشارك في أعمال اللجنة.

2. The composition of the Committee shall be decided by the Director-General of UNIDO, taking into consideration the proposals of the Steering Committee, the Managing Director and the Rector referred to in article VIII. The Director-General of UNIDO or his representative shall be entitled to participate in the work of the Committee.
2- يقرر المدير العام لليونيدو تركيبة اللجنة، آخذا في اعتباره اقتراحات اللجنة التوجيهية والمدير الإداري والعميد المشار اليه في المادة الثامنة. ويحق للمدير العام لليونيدو أو ممثله أن يشارك في أعمال اللجنة.
