36. The provisions of rules 4 and 5 shall also apply to delegations of non-member States participating in the work of the Conference.
٦٣- تنطبق كذلك أحكام المادتين ٤ و٥ على وفود الدول غير اﻷعضاء المشتركة في أعمال المؤتمر.

Mr. President, we should be very grateful if you would take the appropriate steps to register this declaration as an official document of the Conference on Disarmament and to have it distributed to all delegations participating in the work of the Conference.
السيد الرئيس، اننا سنكون ممتنين جدا اذا ما اتخذتم الخطوات المناسبة لتسجيل هذا الاعلان كوثيقة رسمية لمؤتمر نزع السلاح ولتوزيعه على جميع الوفود المشتركة في أعمال المؤتمر.
