The Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decisions 9/CP.2, 3/CP.5 and 18/CP.8, requested that Parties included in Annex I to the Convention (Annex I Parties) submit national inventory data on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by sources and removals by sinks by 15 April each year.
1- طلب مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرراته 9/م أ-2 و3/م أ-5 و18/م أ-8، إلى الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية (الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول) أن تقدم بيانات الجرد الوطنية لانبعاثات غازات الدفيئة حسب المصادر وعمليات الإزالة بواسطة المصارف بحلول 15 نيسان/ أبريل من كل عام.

2- ]يسلم بضرورة أن تواصل الهيئة الحكومية الدولية المعنية بتغير المناخ العمل وفقاً لأي مقررات ذات صلة لمؤتمر الأطراف من أجل توفير إرشادات تكميلية بشأن تطبيق منهجيات لتقدير انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ من المصادر وعمليات الإزالة بواسطة المصارف ومخزونات الكربون في الغابات والتغيرات في مساحات الغابات؛[
