٢ - تظل سارية لفترة إضافية مدتها أربع سنوات تبدأ بعد انتهاء فترة اﻹثنى عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند ٤ - ٣ أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة متعلقة بالفترة المالية المعنية مستحقة للحكومات عن سلع موردة وخدمات مقدمة، وأي التزامات أخرى يتعين الوفاء بها للحكومات، لم ترد بشأنها المطالبات اللازمة بعد.

)ب( تظل سارية لفترة إضافية مدتها أربع سنوات تبدأ بعد انتهاء فترة اﻹثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند ٤-٣ أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة متعلقة بالفترة المالية المعنية تكون مستحقة للحكومات عن سلع موردة وخدمات مقدمة، وأي التزامات أخرى يتعين الوفاء بها للحكومات، لم ترد بشأنها المطالبات اللازمة بعد؛

Appropriations required in respect of obligations to Governments for troops, formed police units, logistical support and other goods supplied and services rendered to peacekeeping operations shall be retained beyond the twelve-month period provided for in regulation 5.3 if the requisite claims are not received or processed during the financial period to which they pertain.
البند 5-5: يحتفظ بالاعتمادات المتعلقة بالتزامات مستحقة للحكومات عما قدمته لعمليات حفظ السلام من القوات والوحدات الشُرطيّة المشكلة والدعم اللوجستي وغير ذلك من السلع الموردة والخدمات المقدمة لفترة تتجاوز فترة الإثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند 5-3 إذا لم تصل المطالبات اللازمة أو لم يتم تجهيزها خلال الفترة المالية التي تتعلق بها.

2. (a) Any other unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question owed to Governments for goods supplied and services rendered, as well as other obligations owed to Governments, for which required claims have not yet been received shall remain valid for an additional period of four years following the end of the twelve-month period provided for in regulation 4.3;
٢ - )أ( أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة، تتعلق بالفترة المالية ذات الصلة، مستحقة للحكومات عن سلع وردتها أو خدمات قدمتها، وكذلك أي التزامات أخرى مستحقة للحكومات لم ترد بعد المطالبات اللازمة بشأنها، تظل سارية لفترة إضافية مدتها أربع سنوات تبدأ من نهاية فترة اﻹثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند ٤-٣؛

Appropriations required in respect of commitments to Governments for troops, formed police units, logistical support and other goods supplied and services rendered to peacekeeping operations shall be retained beyond the 12-month period provided for in regulation 5.3 if the requisite claims are not received or processed during the period to which the appropriations relate.
البند 5-5: يحتفظ بالاعتمادات المتعلقة بالتزامات مستحقة للحكومات عما قدمته لعمليات حفظ السلام من القوات والوحدات الشُرطيّة المشكلة والدعم اللوجستي وغير ذلك من السلع الموردة والخدمات المقدمة لفترة تتجاوز فترة الاثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند 5-3 إذا لم تصل المطالبات اللازمة أو لم يتم تجهيزها خلال الفترة التي تتعلق بها الاعتمادات.

Regulation 5.5: Appropriations required in respect of commitments to Governments for troops, formed police units, logistical support and other goods supplied and services rendered to peacekeeping operations shall be retained beyond the twelve-month period provided for in regulation 5.3 if the requisite claims are not received or processed during the period to which the appropriations relate.
البند 5-5: يحتفظ بالاعتمادات المتعلقة بالتزامات مستحقة للحكومات عما قدمته لعمليات حفظ السلام من القوات والوحدات الشُرطيّة المشكلة والدعم اللوجستي وغير ذلك من السلع الموردة والخدمات المقدمة لفترة تتجاوز فترة الإثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند 5-3 إذا لم تصل المطالبات اللازمة أو لم يتم تجهيزها خلال الفترة التي تتعلق بها الاعتمادات.

Regulation 5.5: Appropriations required in respect of obligations to Governments for troops, formed police units, logistical support and other goods supplied and services rendered to peacekeeping operations shall be retained beyond the twelve-month period provided for in regulation 5.3 if the requisite claims are not received or processed during the financial period to which they pertain.
البند 5-5: يحتفظ بالاعتمادات المتعلقة بالتزامات مستحقة للحكومات عما قدمته لعمليات حفظ السلام من القوات والوحدات الشُرطيّة المشكلة والدعم اللوجستي وغير ذلك من السلع الموردة والخدمات المقدمة لفترة تتجاوز فترة الإثني عشر شهرا المنصوص عليها في البند 5-3 إذا لم تصل المطالبات اللازمة أو لم يتم تجهيزها خلال الفترة المالية التي تتعلق بها.
