Welcomes the work done by the Secretary-General to compile in a single volume all the general guidelines regarding the form and content of reports to be submitted by States parties that have been issued by the human rights treaty bodies, and encourages the Secretary-General to also compile the rules of procedure for the treaty bodies;
13 - ترحب بالعمل الذي أنجزه الأمين العام بجمع جميع المبادئ التوجيهية العامة المتعلقة بشكل ومحتوى التقارير المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف، الصادرة عن هيئات حقوق الإنسان المنشأة بمعاهدات، في مجلد واحد وتشجع الأمين العام على أن يجمع أيضا الأنظمة الداخلية للهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات حقوق الإنسان؛

53. At its 736th meeting, held on 3 October 2001, the Committee adopted the guidelines regarding initial reports to be submitted by States parties under article 8, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
53- في الجلسة 736 التي عقدت في 3 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2001، اعتمدت اللجنة المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالتقارير الأولية المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 8 من البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن إشراك الأطفال في النـزاعات المسلحة.

54. At its 776th meeting, held on 31 January 2002, the Committee adopted the guidelines regarding initial reports to be submitted by States parties under article 12, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.
54- وفي الجلسة 776 التي عقدت في 31 كانون الثاني/يناير 2002، اعتمدت اللجنة المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن التقارير الأولية المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 12 من البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال والمواد الإباحية عن الأطفال.

78. Collection of disaggregated data has long been established in the Compilation of guidelines on the form and content of reports to be submitted by States parties to the international human rights treaties (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.2).
78- وقد أدرجت منذ وقت طويل البيانات المصنفة في تجميع المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بشكل ومحتوى التقارير المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف في معاهدات حقوق الإنسان الدولية (HRI/gen/2/Rev.2).

Finally, this document is presented in accordance with the Guidelines on the Form and Content of Reports to be submitted by States Parties to the International Human Rights Treaties. " ANE
وأخيرا فإن تقديم هذه الوثيقة يلتزم بـ " المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بشكل ومحتوى التقارير المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف في المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان " .

The report, prepared in accordance with the Guidelines on the Form and Content of Reports to be submitted by States parties to the International Human Rights Treaties (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.1), should be read in conjunction with Part III of the second revision of the core document of the People's Republic of China (HRI/CORE/1/Add.21/Rev.2).
781- وينبغي أن يُقرأ التقرير، الذي أُعدّ وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بشكل ومحتوى التقارير المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف في معاهدات حقوق الإنسان الدولية (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.1)، بالاقتران مع الجزء الثالث من المراجعة الثانية للوثيقة الأساسية لجمهورية الصين الشعبية (HRI/CORE/1/Add.21/Rev.2).

Further, the Committee adopted the guidelines regarding initial reports to be submitted by States parties under article 12 (1) of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography (CRC/OP/SA/1).
واعتمدت اللجنة أيضاً مبادئ توجيهية بشأن التقارير الأولية المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف بموجب المادة 12(1) من البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية الذي يتعلق ببيع الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية (CRC/OP/SA/1).

38. The Committee invites the State party to update its core document in accordance with the compilation of guidelines on the form and content of reports to be submitted by States parties to the international human rights treaties (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.4).
38- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى تحديث وثيقتها الأساسية وفقاً لمجموعة المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بشكل ومحتوى التقارير المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف في المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.4).

1. The Compilation of guidelines on the form and content of reports to be submitted by States parties to the international human rights treaties (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.6) stipulates that States are required to keep their common core documents current and " should endeavour to update the common core document whenever they submit a treaty-specific document " .
1- ينص تجميع المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بشكل ومحتوى التقارير المطلوب تقديمها من الدول الأطراف في المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.6) على ضرورة أن تجعل الدول وثائقها الأساسية المشتركة مواكبة للتطورات " وأنه ينبغي عليها أن تسعى إلى تحديث الوثيقة الأساسية المشتركة عندما تقدم وثيقة خاصة بمعاهدة بعينها " .
