Amount of annual pension

(a) If the member has served a full term of nine years, the amount of the annual pension shall be one half of the annual salary;
)أ( إذا تولى عضو المحكمة منصبه لمدة ولاية السنوات التسع كاملة، يكون مقدار المعاش التقاعدي السنوي نصف راتبه السنوي؛

2. The amount of the disability pension shall be equal to the amount of the retirement pension which would have been payable to the member of the Tribunal concerned, had he/she, at the time of leaving office, completed the term for which he/she had been elected, provided that it shall not be less than one half of the annual pension.
٢ - يكون مقدار معاش العجز مساويا لمقدار المعاش التقاعدي الذي كان سيستحق دفعه لعضو المحكمة المعني لو أنه أتم، وقت تركه الخدمة، الفترة التي انتخب لها، بشرط ألا يقل عن نصف المعاش التقاعدي السنوي.

1. Upon the death of a married member, his/her surviving spouse shall be entitled to a surviving spouse's pension amounting to one half of the pension which he/she would have received had he/she become entitled to a disability pension at the time of his/her death, provided that the surviving spouse's pension shall not be less than one third of the annual pension.
١ - عند وفاة عضو المحكمة المتزوج، تستحق أرملته معاش ترمل يعادل نصف المعاش الذي كان العضو سيتقاضاه لو استحق معاش عجز عند وفاته، بشرط ألا يقل معاش الترمل عن ثلث المعاش التقاعدي السنوي.

4. Upon remarriage, the surviving spouse shall be granted a lump sum equal to twice the amount of the spouse's current annual pension as a final settlement.
٤ - تمنح الزوجة الباقية على قيد الحياة، عند زواجها من جديد، مبلغا إجماليا يعادل المعاش التقاعدي السنوي الحالي للزوج، كتسوية نهائية.

(ب) إذا عمل القاضي مدة أربع سنوات كاملة وتوقف عن الخدمة بعد 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 1999، ولكن قبل 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2001، يكون مبلغ المعاش التقاعدي السنوي 500 26 دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة؛

(b) If the judge has served a full term of four years and ceases to hold office after 1 January 1999 but before 1 January 2000, the amount of the annual pension shall be 26,500 United States dollars;
(ب) إذا عمل القاضي مدة أربع سنوات كاملة وتوقف عن الخدمة بعد 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 1999 ولكن قبل 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2000، يكون مبلغ المعاش التقاعدي السنوي 500 26 دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة؛

٢ - يكون مقدار معاش العجز مساويا لمقدار المعاش التقاعدي الذي كان مستحق الدفع لعضو المحكمة المعني لو أنه أتم، وقت تركه الخدمة، الفترة التي انتخب لها شريطة ألا يقل عن نصف المعاش التقاعدي السنوي.

Regarding retirement benefits, the Advisory Committee noted that the annual retirement benefit of a member of the Court retiring in 2005 would increase from US$ 80,000 to US$ 88,500 per annum, effective 1 January 2005.
