The amount of the disability pension shall be equal to the amount of the retirement pension which would have been payable to the judge concerned had he or she, at the time of leaving office, completed the term for which he or she had been elected, provided that it shall not be less than one half of the annual pension.
٢ - يكون مقدار معاش العجز مساويا للمعاش التقاعدي الذي كان سيدفع لعضو المحكمة المعني، لو كان، في وقت ترك المنصب، قد أكمل النهوض بولايته الانتخابية، بشرط ألا يقل معاش العجز عن نصف المعاش السنوي الكامل.

1. Upon the death of a married judge, his or her surviving spouse shall be entitled to a surviving spouse's pension amounting to one half of the pension which he or she would have received had he or she become entitled to a disability pension at the time of his or her death, provided that the surviving spouse’s pension shall not be less than one third of the annual pension.
١ - عند وفاة القاضي المتزوج، تستحق أرملته معاش ترمﱡل يعادل نصف المعاش الذي كان سيتقاضاه لو كان قد استحق معاش عجز عند وفاته، بشرط ألا يقل معاش الترمل عن ثلث المعاش السنوي.

(a) If the Member has served a full term of nine years, the amount of the annual pension shall be $50,000;
)أ( إن تولى عضو المحكمة منصبه لمدة ولاية السنوات التسع كاملـة، يكـون مقـدار المعاش السنوي ٠٠٠ ٥٠ دولار؛

Upon the death of a married former member who was in receipt of a disability pension, his/her surviving spouse, provided he/she was his/her spouse at the date his/her service ended, shall be entitled to a surviving spouse's pension amounting to one half of the pension which his/her spouse was receiving, provided that the surviving spouse's pension shall not be less than one third of the annual pension.
٢ - عند وفاة العضو السابق المتزوج الذي كان يتقاضى معاش عجز، تستحق أرملته، إن كانت زوجة له عند انقطاع خدمته، معاش ترمل يعادل نصف المعاش الذي كان زوجها يتقاضاه، بشرط ألا يقل معاش الترمل هذا عن ثلث المعاش السنوي.

(c) If the former member had reached the age of 60 when he/she began to receive his/her retirement pension, the surviving spouse's pension shall amount to one half of his/her retirement pension, but shall not be less than one third of the annual pension.
)ج( إذا كان العضو السابق قد بلغ سن الستين عند بدء تقاضي معاشه التقاعدي، يكون معاش الترمل معادلا لنصف معاشه التقاعدي، على ألا يقل عن ثلث المعاش السنوي.

٢ - عند وفاة العضو السابق المتزوج الذي كان يتقاضى معاش عجز، تستحق أرملته، إن كانت زوجة له عند انقطاع خدمته، معاش ترمل يعادل نصف المعاش الذي كان يتقاضاه زوجها شرط ألا يقل معاش الترمل هذا عن ثلث المعاش السنوي.

(c) If the former member had reached the age of 60, when he or she began to receive his or her retirement pension, the surviving spouse’s pension shall amount to one half of his or her pension, but shall not be less than one third of the annual pension.
)ج( إذا كان العضو السابق قد بلغ سن الستين عند بدء تقاضيه معاشه التقاعدي، يكون معاش الترمل معادلا لنصف معاشه التقاعدي، على ألا يقل عن ثلث المعاش السنوي.

(c) If he or she has served for less than a full term of four years, the amount of the pension shall be that proportion of the annual pension which the number of months of his or her actual service bears to 48.
)ج( إذا تولى القاضي منصبه لمدة أقل من مدة ولاية السنوات اﻷربع كاملة، يكون مقدار المعاش التقاعدي، مساويا للحصة التي تنتج عن ضرب المعاش السنوي الكامل في عدد أشهر الخدمة الفعلية وقسمة الناتج على ٤٨.

Upon the death of a married former judge who was in receipt of a disability pension, his or her surviving spouse, provided he or she was his or her spouse at the date that his or her service ended, shall be entitled to a surviving spouse’s pension amounting to one half of the pension which his or her spouse was receiving, provided that the surviving spouse's pension shall not be less than three eighths of the annual pension.
٢ - عند وفاة القاضي السابق المتزوج الذي كان يتقاضي معاش عجز، تستحق أرملته، إن كانت زوجة له عند انقطاع خدمته، معاش ترمل يعادل نصف المعاش الذي كان يتقاضاه زوجها بشرط ألا يقل معاش الترمل هذا عن ثلاثة أثمان المعاش السنوي.
