338- ويحق لصاحب المعاش الذي يتقاعد أكثر من مرّةٍ واحدةٍ الحصول إمّا على المعاش الشهري المحسوب لطلب التقاعد الأول وإما على المعاش الشهري المعاد حسابه للطلب الجديد، أيهما كان أكبر.

339. The monthly pension shall be suspended upon the re-employment or resumption of selfemployment of a retired member who is less than 65 years old.
339- ويوقَف صرف المعاش الشهري إذا أعيد توظيف العضو المتقاعد الذي لا يبلغ من العمر 65 سنة أو إذا استأنف عملاً لحسابه الخاص.

343. The monthly pension shall be suspended upon the reemployment or resumption of selfemployment of a retired member who is less than 65 years old.
343- ويوقف دفع المعاش الشهري فور إعادة توظيف العضو المتقاعد الذي لم يبلغ 65 سنة من العمر أو فور استئنافه عملاً لحسابه الخاص.

(ii) Where the permanent incapacity ranges from 1 per cent to less than 100 per cent, the monthly pension is: 65 per cent x monthly insurable wages at time of accident x degree of incapacity;
إذا بلغت درجة العجز الدائم من 1 في المائة إلى أقل من 100 في المائة، يكون المعاش الشهري: 65 في المائة x الأجور الشهرية الداخلة في حساب التأمينات وقت وقوع الحادث x درجة العجز؛

What is especially alarming is that the subsistence requirement for a pensioner is currently 1.7 times the average monthly pension: as of 1 January 1997, the latter was 246.9 som, whereas the requisite minimum income for a pensioner was estimated to be 446.72 som.
وما يثير الانزعاج على وجه الخصوص أن الاحتياجات المعيشية لرب المعاش تبلغ في الوقت الراهن 1.7 أمثال متوسط المعاش الشهري: ففي أول كانون الثاني/يناير 1997، كان متوسط المعاش الشهري يبلغ 246.9 سوم في حين كان الحد الأدني الضروري من الدخل لرب المعاش يقدر بمبلغ 446.72 سوم.

55. Contributions by retirees are determined on a sliding scale, based on monthly pension values that are adjusted on the basis of cost-of-living increases declared by the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund.

337. In the case of members who have met the pension eligibility requirement but who retires after the age of 60, they will receive a monthly pension equivalent to the higher of the monthly pension computed at the earliest time he could have retired had he been separated from employment or ceased to be self-employed plus all adjustments thereto, or the monthly pension computed at the time when he actually retires.
337- أما في حالة الأعضاء الذين يتوافر فيهم شرط استحقاق المعاش ولكنهم يتقاعدون بعد بلوغ سن الستين، فإنهم يحصلون على معاشٍ شهري يعادل مبلغ المعاش الشهري الذي يمكنه الحصول عليه محسوباً في أبكر وقت كان يمكنه التقاعد فيه لو كان قد توقف عن العمل أو كف عن العمل لحسابه الخاص، زائداً جميع التسويات لهذا المعاش، أو على المعاش الشهري المحسوب في وقت تقاعده، أيُّهما كان أكبر.

342. The retirement benefit is equivalent to either a lump sum amount of 60 times the basic monthly pension (bmp) in addition to a lifetime monthly pension after the 60-month period covered by the lump sum or a cash payment of 18 times the bmp plus an immediate lifetime monthly pension after the date of retirement.
342- ويساوي استحقاق التقاعد إما المبلغ الجزافي الذي يعادل 60 ضعف المعاش الشهري الأساسي بالإضافة إلى المعاش الشهري مدى الحياة بعد انقضاء فترة الستين شهراً التي يغطيها المبلغ الجزافي، وإمَّا المبلغ الذي يعادل 18 ضعف المعاش الشهري الأساسي المدفوع نقداً بالإضافة إلى معاش شهري فوري مدى الحياة بعد حلول تاريخ الإحالة على التقاعد.
