115- رجت اللجنة من الأمين العام، في قرارها 1998/39، أن يقدم إليها تقريراً في دورتها السادسة والخمسين عن التدابير العملية المتخذة لتنفيذ المعايير الدولية في ميدان حقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل، ولا سيما قضاء الأحداث، مع تناول دور المساعدة التقنية التي تقدمها منظومة الأمم المتحدة في هذا الصدد.

17. Requests the Secretary—General to present a report to the Commission at its fifty—sixth session on practical measures for the implementation of the international standards in the field of human rights in the administration of justice, in particular juvenile justice, including on the role of technical assistance of the United Nations system in this regard;

In its resolution 1998/32, the Commission took note of the report of the Secretary-General (E/CN.4/1998/35) and requested him to submit a report to the Commission at its fifty-sixth session on practical measures for the implementation of the international standards in the field of human rights in the administration of justice, in particular juvenile justice, including on the role of technical assistance in this regard.
