The United Nations could not agree to the option in the ICSC secretariat document whereby language increments would be discontinued in favour of linguistic standards being met at the time of recruitment. That would remove a proven incentive for Professional staff members to learn the other languages of the Organization.
وقال إن اﻷمم المتحدة لا تتفق مع الخيار الوارد في وثيقة أمانة لجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية بأن يوقف العمل بالعلاوة اللغوية والاستعاضة عنها بنظام يراعي المعايير اللغوية في وقت التعيين، ﻷن ذلك يزيل حافزا ثبتت فعاليته لكي يتعلم الموظفون من الفئة الفنية لغات المنظمة اﻷخرى.

The Ordinance on the contents and form of certificates and other public documents and on educational documentation and records in schools was adopted in 2010, as well as its accompanying Forms, which prescribe the use of gender-based linguistic standards in certificates and report cards.
واعتمد في عام 2010 قانون بشأن محتويات وشكل الشهادات والوثائق العامة الأخرى وبشأن الوثائق والسجلات التعليمية في المدارس، فضلا عن النماذج المصاحبة له، التي تقضي باستخدام المعايير اللغوية بحسب نوع الجنس في الشهادات وبطاقات تقييم الأداء.
