The resolution also reaffirmed both the right of families to know the fate of their relatives reported missing in connection with armed conflicts; and that each party to an armed conflict, as soon as circumstances permit and, at the latest, from the end of active hostilities, shall search for the persons who have been reported missing by an adverse party.
وأكد القرار أيضا حق الأسر في معرفة مصير أقاربها المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاعات المسلحة؛ وعلى أنه يتعين على كل طرف من أطراف النزاع المسلح أن يقوم، حالما تسمح الظروف بذلك، وعلى الأكثر اعتبارا من انتهاء الأعمال العدائية الفعلية، بالبحث عن الأشخاص الذين يبلغ أحد الأطراف المعادية عن فقدانهم.

11. As highlighted by the Council in its resolution 7/28, necessary measures should be taken, in a timely manner, to determine the identity and fate of persons reported missing in connection with armed conflict.
11- على نحو ما أكده المجلس في قراره 7/28، ينبغي اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة، في الوقت المناسب، لتحديد هوية ومصير الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاعات المسلحة.

18. In its resolution 7/28, the Council urged States and encourages intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations to take all necessary measures at the national, regional and international levels to address the problem of persons reported missing in connection with armed conflicts and to provide appropriate assistance as requested by the concerned States.
18- حث المجلس وشجع المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، في قراره 7/28، على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة على الأصعدة الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية لمعالجة مشكلة الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاعات المسلحة وعلى تقديم المساعدة المناسبة في هذا الشأن، بناء على طلب الدول المعنية.

7. Requests States to pay the utmost attention to cases of children reported missing in connection with armed conflicts and to take appropriate measures to search for and identify those children and to reunite them with their families;
7 - تطلب إلى الدول أن تولي أقصى درجة من الاهتمام لحالات الأطفال المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاعات المسلحة وأن تتخذ التدابير المناسبة للبحث عن هؤلاء الأطفال وتحديد هوياتهم ولم شملهم بأسرهم؛

13. Invites relevant human rights mechanisms and procedures, as appropriate, to address the problem of persons reported missing in connection with armed conflicts in their forthcoming reports to the General Assembly;

Calls upon States that are parties to an armed conflict to take all necessary measures, in a timely manner, to determine the identity and fate of persons reported missing in connection with the armed conflict and, to the greatest possible extent, to provide their family members, through appropriate channels, with all relevant information they have on their fate;
5- يهيب بالدول الأطراف في نزاع مسلح أن تتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة، في الوقت المناسب، لتحديد هوية ومصير الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاع المسلح، وأن تعمل قدر الإمكان على تزويد أفراد أسرهم بكل ما لديها من معلومات ذات صلة بمصيرهم، من خلال القنوات المناسبة؛

Calls upon States that are parties to an armed conflict to take all necessary measures, in a timely manner, to determine the identity and fate of persons reported missing in connection with the armed conflict and, to the greatest extent possible, to provide their family members, through appropriate channels, with all relevant information that they have on their fate;
5 - تهيب بالدول الأطراف في نزاع مسلح أن تتخذ، في الوقت المناسب، جميع التدابير اللازمة لتحديد هويات الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاع المسلح ومعرفة مصيرهم، وأن تعمل، قدر الإمكان، على تزويد أفراد أسرهم من خلال القنوات المناسبة بكل ما لديها من معلومات عن مصيرهم؛

Calls upon States, without prejudice to their efforts to determine the fate of persons reported missing in connection with armed conflicts, to take appropriate steps with regard to the legal situation of missing persons and the needs of their family members, in such fields as social welfare, financial matters, family law and property rights;
11 - تهيب بالدول أن تتخذ، دون المساس بما تبذله من جهود لمعرفة مصير الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاعات المسلحة، الخطوات المناسبة فيما يتعلق بالوضع القانوني للأشخاص المفقودين واحتياجات أفراد أسرهم في مجالات من قبيل الرعاية الاجتماعية والمسائل المالية وقانون الأسرة وحقوق الملكية؛

States parties to an armed conflict were called upon to take all necessary measures, in a timely manner, to determine the identity and fate of persons reported missing in connection with the armed conflict.
ودُعيت الدول الأطراف في النزاع المسلح إلى اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة، في الوقت المناسب، لتحديد هوية ومصير الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب تلك النزاعات().

The Human Rights Council, in follow-up to its resolution 7/28 on missing persons, which, inter alia, requests States to pay the utmost attention to cases of children and women reported missing in connection with armed conflicts and to take appropriate measures to search for and identify those children and women, has continued to call for and receive information on this topic.
وفي إطار متابعة مجلس حقوق الإنسان لقراره 7/28 بشأن الأشخاص المفقودين الذي يطلب، فيما يطلبه، إلى الدول أن تولي أقصى درجة من الاهتمام لحالات الأطفال والنساء المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاعات المسلحة وأن تتخذ التدابير المناسبة للبحث عن هؤلاء الأطفال والنساء وتحديد هويتهم، فإنه لا يزال يدعو إلى تقديم معلومات عن هذا الموضوع ولا يزال يتلقاها.

Urges States and encourages intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations to take all necessary measures at the national, regional and international levels to address the problem of persons reported missing in connection with armed conflicts and to provide appropriate assistance as requested by the concerned States, and welcomes, in this regard, the establishment and efforts of commissions and working groups on missing persons;
9- يحث الدول ويشجع المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة على الصُعُد الوطني والإقليمي والدولي لمعالجة مشكلة الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين بسبب النزاعات المسلحة وتقديم المساعدة المناسبة، بناء على طلب الدول المعنية، ويرحب، في هذا الصدد، بإنشاء اللجان والأفرقة العاملة المعنية بالمفقودين، وبالجهود التي تبذلها هذه اللجان والأفرقة؛
