The Group welcomed and endorsed the communiqué issued by the International Contact Group on Guinea-Bissau at its second meeting, held in Lisbon on 26 March 2007, and stressed the importance of an orderly political evolution in Guinea-Bissau, in accordance with the procedures and requirements contained in the Constitution.
