In accordance with articles 32, paragraph 3 (b), and 28 of the Convention, the Conference of the Parties shall agree upon mechanisms for facilitating the exchange of information among States Parties on patterns and trends in transnational organized crime and on successful practices for combating it, as well as consider ways to promote the collection, exchange and analysis of information on the nature of organized crime.

The Conference also underlined the need to provide migrants with humane treatment and full protection, in accordance with article 16 of the Smuggling of Migrants Protocol, and urged States parties to strengthen measures to prevent smuggling of migrants and increase the sharing of information between States parties and relevant authorities.
وأكّد المؤتمر أيضا الحاجة إلى معاملة المهاجرين معاملة إنسانية وتوفير الحماية الكاملة لهم وفقاً للمادة 16 من بروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين، وحثّ الدولَ الأطرافَ على تعزيز التدابير الكفيلة بمنع تهريب المهاجرين وزيادة تبادل المعلومات بين الدول الأطراف والسلطات المختصة.

In that resolution, the Conference urged States parties to strengthen cooperation and other measures to prevent smuggling of migrants and increase the sharing of information between States parties and relevant authorities.
2- وحثَّ المؤتمرُ، في ذلك القرار، الدولَ الأطرافَ على توطيد أواصر التعاون واتخاذ سائر التدابير الكفيلة بمنع تهريب المهاجرين وزيادة تبادل المعلومات بين الدول الأطراف والسلطات المختصة.

In its resolution 5/3, the Conference urged States parties to strengthen measures, as outlined in the section on prevention, cooperation and other measures of the Smuggling of Migrants Protocol, to prevent smuggling of migrants and increase the sharing of information between States parties and relevant authorities.
حثَّّ المؤتمر في قراره 5/3 الدول الأطراف على تعزيز التدابير، على النحو المبيَّن في الباب الخاص بالمنع والتعاون والتدابير الأخرى من بروتوكول تهريب المهاجرين، وذلك لمنع تهريب المهاجرين وزيادة تبادل المعلومات بين الدول الأطراف والسلطات ذات الصلة.
