وفي الختام، ترى الدول اﻷطراف أنه، في حين لا ينبغي إعاقة حقوق وحريات الملاحة كما هي منصوص عليها في قواعد القانون الدولي السارية، ينبغي للدول المعنية أن تواصل الحوار بشأن النقل البحري للمواد المعنية.

9. Also urges the administering Powers to take all necessary measures to protect and conserve the environment of the Territories under their administration against any environmental degradation, and requests the specialized agencies concerned to continue to monitor environmental conditions in those Territories;
٩ - تحث أيضا الدول القائمة باﻹدارة على أن تتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لحماية وحفظ البيئة في اﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها من أي تدهور بيئي، وتطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة المعنية أن تواصل رصد اﻷحوال البيئية في تلك اﻷقاليم؛

4. Calls upon all States and other parties concerned to continue to cooperate with the Special Representative in implementing the commitments that they have undertaken and to consider carefully all of the recommendations of the Special Representative and address the issues identified;

The parties concerned should continue to seek to conclude, within the framework of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or To Have Indiscriminate Effects (CCW), a protocol on cluster munitions, balancing humanitarian concerns with legitimate security needs.
ينبغي للأطراف المعنية أن تواصل السعي في إطار اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر من أجل إبرام بروتوكول بشأن الذخائر العنقودية يوازن بين الشواغل الإنسانية والاحتياجات الأمنية المشروعة.

1.
