5. The KPCS has six standing bodies viz. Participation Committee (PC), Working Group on Monitoring (WGM), Working Group on Statistics (WGS), Working Group on Diamond Experts (WGDE), Working Group on Artisanal and Alluvial Production (WGAAP) and Committee on Rules and Procedures (CRP).

20. The Plenary endorsed the proposals of the Committee on Rules and Procedures for Administrative Decisions (AD) on Rules and Criteria for selecting candidates for Vice-Chair of the KP and for Rules and Procedures for Re-Admission of a Former Participant to KP.
20 - وأقر الاجتماع العام المقترحات التي قدمتها اللجنة المعنية بالقواعد والإجراءات المتعلقة بالقرارات الإدارية بشأن القواعد والمعايير الخاصة باختيار المرشحين لمنصب نائب رئيس عملية كيمبرلي والقواعد والإجراءات الخاصة بإعادة قبول المشاركين السابقين في عملية كيمبرلي.

42. The plenary found it sensible for the Committee on Rules and Procedures to include in its provisional agenda for 2014 consideration of the use of the " Kimberley Process " wording and consideration of the request of the Participation Committee relating to applications for Process observer status.

The plenary approved the administrative decision relating to the chairmanship of Process working bodies and the administrative decision on Process participants' applications for membership, and participation of Process working bodies, developed by the Committee on Rules and Procedures and brought to endorsement jointly with the Committee on the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme Review and the Committee on Participation and Chairmanship.
36 - ووافق الاجتماع العام على القرار الإداري المتعلق برئاسة الأجهزة العاملة التابعة للعملية والقرار الإداري بشأن طلبات المشاركين في العملية الحصول على العضوية، ومشاركة الأجهزة العاملة التابعة للعملية، اللذين أعدتهما اللجنة المعنية بالقواعد والإجراءات وقدمتهما، بالاشتراك مع اللجنة المعنية باستعراض نظام عملية كيمبرلي لإصدار الشهادات واللجنة المعنية بالمشاركة والرئاسة، للموافقة عليهما.
