Through a project for enhancing the capacity of labour inspectors to combat the worst forms of child labour, training of labour inspectors and representatives of institutions concerned with child labour will be carried out so that they have the necessary knowledge and skills for the identification and monitoring of the Child Labour issue, and assistance by trained inspectors of all country districts, including a foreign expert.
٢٦٥- وفي إطار مشروع يهدف إلى تعزيز قدرة مفتشي العمل على مكافحة أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال، ستُعقَد دورة تدريبية لهؤلاء المفتشين وممثلي المؤسسات المعنية بعمل الأطفال لكي يكتسبوا ما يلزم من المعارف والمهارات لتحديد ورصد ظاهرة عمل الأطفال، وذلك بمساعدة من المفتشين المدرَّبين في جميع مقاطعات البلد وخبير أجنبي.

The Committee recommends that the State party undertake effective measures to enforce the prohibition of child labour, including through sufficiently resourcing the Child Labour Unit at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ تدابير فعالة لإنفاذ حظر عمل الأطفال، بوسائل منها توفير الموارد اللازمة للوحدة المعنية بعمل الأطفال التابعة لوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل.

The Committee notes with appreciation the State party's efforts to combat child labour, for example through implementing the National Programme against Child Labour, the Omnibus Rules implementing the Labour Code, the establishment of locallevel Programme Implementation Committees on Child Labour and the fruitful cooperation with the International Labour Organization and its International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour.
وتحيط اللجنة علماً مع الارتياح بجهود الدولة الطرف لمكافحة عمل الأطفال، وذلك من خلال تنفيذ برنامج وطني لمكافحة عمل الأطفال، وتطبيق القواعد الشاملة التي يتم بموجبها تنفيذ قانون العمل، وإنشاء لجان لتنفيذ البرامج المعنية بعمل الأطفال على المستوى المحلي، والتعاون المثمر مع منظمة العمل الدولية وبرنامجها الدولي للقضاء على عمل الأطفال.
