19. In its deliberations, the working group also took into account relevant comments made by the Audit Committee, the external and internal auditors, the Investments Committee and the working group on sustainability.

The Pension Board was informed that the " articulation of risk appetite and risk tolerance " was identified as a high risk for the Fund in the latest comprehensive risk assessment of the Fund, and that the Working Group on sustainability and OIOS had recommended that the Fund complete the definition of risk appetite and risk tolerances and have them endorsed by the Pension Board.

In coordination with the change in normal retirement age and based on the considerations and recommendations of the Pension Board's working group on sustainability, the Board is also recommending changes to the Fund's regulations regarding early retirement for consideration by the Assembly, as included in annex V (arts. 29 and 30).
