58. The Commission should recommend that States consult with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and other relevant entities when drafting and prior to passing legislation against money-laundering, in order to ensure that it meets international standards.
58- وينبغي أن توصي اللجنة الدول بالتشاور مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من الهيئات ذات الصلة لدى صوغ تشريعات لمكافحة غسل الأموال وقبل إصدار تلك التشريعات، بغية ضمان وفائها بالمعايير الدولية.

3. Recommends to Member States that they hold consultations with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and other relevant bodies when drafting legislation against money-laundering in order to ensure that it is in conformity with applicable international instruments and relevant standards;
3 - يوصي الدول بأن تعقد مشاورات مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من الهيئات ذات الصلة لدى وضع تشريعات لمكافحة غسل الأموال، بغية ضمان تماشيها مع الصكوك الدولية الواجبة التطبيق والمعايير ذات الصلة؛

1. Welcomes the bilateral and multilateral support being provided to Afghanistan by the international community, including through contributions to the Government of Afghanistan's Counter-Narcotics Trust Fund, through the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and through other entities;
1- يرحّّب بالدعم الثنائي والمتعدّد الأطراف الذي يقدّمه المجتمع الدولي إلى أفغانستان، بوسائل منها التبرّع إلى صندوق حكومة أفغانستان الإستئماني لمكافحة المخدرات ومن خلال مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من الهيئات؛

6. Calls upon the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and other entities involved in demand reduction and public awareness campaigns aimed at preventing the transmission of HIV/AIDS in the context of drug abuse prevention, to design and implement their programmes in a sustainable manner;
6- تناشد مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من الكيانات المشاركة في حملات تخفيض الطلب وحملات التوعية الرامية إلى الوقاية من عدوى الأيدز وفيروسه في سياق الوقاية من تعاطي المخدرات أن تصمّم وتنفّذ برامجها على نحو مستدام؛

These cooperation efforts between the three Security Council Committees were explicitly encouraged in resolution 1810 (2008). The 1540 Committee has also significantly increased its cooperation with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and other relevant intergovernmental organizations and civil society.
وشُجعت جهود التعاون المذكورة بين لجان مجلس الأمن الثلاث بشكل صريح في القرار 1810 (2008).وزادت لجنة القرار 1540 أيضا بشكل كبير تعاونها مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية المعنية والمجتمع المدني.

● " إرساء أو تعزيز عمليات لتحديد الأشخاص الذين وقعوا ضحية للاتجار، كالعمليات التي وضعها مثلا مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من المنظمات، بما في ذلك اتخاذ تدابير مناسبة وغير تمييزية تساعد في تحديد الأشخاص الذين وقعوا ضحية للاتجار بالأشخاص من السكان المعرضين لخطر الاتجار؛

17. Moreover, while agencies such as the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and other actors have highlighted the need to protect victims, prosecute traffickers and effect legislative changes at the national level, they have neglected to emphasize the need to prevent trafficking in the first place by focusing on its root causes, such as the demand for prostitution.

3.4 The Department of Political Affairs will continue to work with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and other relevant departments within the Secretariat in the implementation of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) on the subject of terrorism.

1- يشدّد على أهمية تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية لمكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من المنظمات الدولية الحكومية ذات الصلة، بناء على طلب الدول الأعضاء، من أجل دعم اتباع طرائق سليمة وتحقيق الاتساق بين المؤشرات التي تستعمل في الإحصاءات عن تعاطي المخدرات والتي سبق أن نظرت فيها اللجنة الإحصائية، بغية جمع بيانات قابلة للمقارنة عن تعاطي المخدرات وتحليل تلك البيانات؛

The General Assembly further decided in the Global Plan of Action to " develop or strengthen processes for the identification of victims, such as those developed, inter alia, by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and other organizations, including appropriate and non-discriminatory measures that help to identify victims of trafficking in persons among vulnerable populations. "
26- وقرّرت الجمعية العامة في خطة العمل العالمية أيضا " إرساء أو تعزيز عمليات لتحديد الأشخاص الذين وقعوا ضحية للاتجار، كالعمليات التي وضعها مثلا مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة وغيره من المنظمات، بما في ذلك اتخاذ تدابير مناسبة وغير تمييزية تساعد في تحديد الأشخاص الذين وقعوا ضحية للاتجار بالأشخاص من السكان المعرّضين لخطر الاتجار.
