b. Staff members specifically recruited for service with any programme, fund or subsidiary organ of the United Nations which enjoys a special status in matters of appointment under a resolution of the General Assembly or as a result of an agreement entered by the Secretary-General, have no entitlement under this rule for consideration for posts outside the organ for which they were recruited.
ب - ليس للموظفين المعينين خصيصا للعمل في أي برنامج أو صندوق أو جهاز فرعي تابع لﻷمم المتحدة يتمتع بمركز خاص في مسائل التعيين، سواء بموجب قرار صادر عن الجمعية العامة أو نتيجة لاتفاق مبرم مع اﻷمين العام، الحق بموجب هذه القاعدة في أن ينظر في أمر تعيينهم في وظائف خارج الجهاز الذي عينوا للعمل فيه.

(b) The Secretary-General shall set terms and conditions under which annual leave may be allowed to staff members specifically recruited for service of limited duration under staff rule 301.1 (a) (ii) (LD appointments).
)ب( يضع اﻷمين العام اﻷحكام والشروط التي يسمح بمقتضاها بإعطاء إجازة سنوية للموظفين المعينين خصيصا للعمل لمدة محدودة، بموجب الفقرة الفرعية ' ٢ ' من القاعدة ٣٠١/١ )أ(، )التعيينات بعقود محدودة المدة(.

The heads of the organs referred to above may establish boards whose composition and functions are generally comparable to those of the Appointment and Promotion Board to advise them in the case of staff members recruited specifically for service with those programmes, funds or subsidiary organs.
ولرؤساء اﻷجهزة المشار إليها آنفا أن ينشئوا مجالس مشابهة بوجه عام في تكوينها ووظائفها لتكوين وظائف مجلس التعيين والترقية، وذلك ﻹسداء المشورة إليهم في حالة الموظفين المعينين خصيصا للعمل في تلك البرامج أو الصناديق أو اﻷجهزة الفرعية.

(g) Staff members specifically recruited for service with the United Nations Secretariat or with any programme, fund or subsidiary organ of the United Nations that enjoys a special status in matters of appointment under a resolution of the General Assembly or as a result of an agreement entered by the Secretary-General have no entitlement under this rule for consideration for posts outside the organ for which they were recruited.
(ز) ليس للموظفين المعينين خصيصا للعمل في الأمانة العامة للأمم المتحدة أو في أي برنامج أو صندوق أو جهاز فرعي تابع للأمم المتحدة يتمتع بمركز خاص في مسائل التعيين سواء بموجب قرار صادر عن الجمعية العامة أو نتيجة لاتفاق مبرم مع الأمين العام، الحق بموجب هذه القاعدة في أن ينظر في أمر تعيينهم في وظائف خارج الجهاز الذي عينوا للعمل فيه.

(f) Staff members specifically recruited for service with the United Nations Secretariat or with any programme, fund or subsidiary organ of the United Nations that enjoys a special status in matters of appointment under a resolution of the General Assembly or as a result of an agreement entered by the Secretary-General have no entitlement under paragraph (e) above for consideration for posts outside the organ for which they were recruited.
(و) ليس للموظفين المعينين خصيصا للعمل في الأمانة العامة للأمم المتحدة أو في أي برنامج أو صندوق أو جهاز فرعي تابع للأمم المتحدة يتمتع بمركز خاص في مسائل التعيين، سواء بموجب قرار صادر عن الجمعية العامة أو نتيجة لاتفاق مبرم مع الأمين العام، الحق بموجب الفقرة (هـ) الواردة أعلاه في أن يُنظر في أمر تعيينهم في وظائف خارج الجهاز الذي عينوا للعمل فيه.

(f) The Secretary-General shall set the terms and conditions under which annual leave may be allowed to staff members recruited specifically for service with a mission from within the general area of the mission and notify the staff of these terms and conditions.
)و( يضع اﻷمين العام اﻷحكام والشروط التي يسمح بمقتضاها بإعطاء إجازة سنوية للموظفين المعينين خصيصا للعمل في بعثة من داخل المنطقة العامة التي توجد فيها البعثة، ويخطر الموظفين بهذه اﻷحكام والشروط.
