195. The Working Group encouraged the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to make efforts to hold meetings on indigenous issues in Africa and Asia to provide a greater opportunity for the participation of peoples from those regions.

74. The Commission should encourage the High Commissioner for Human Rights to take the initiative of establishing an international group of friends of human rights in Belarus.

5. Encourages the High Commissioner for Human Rights to request observer status with the Council for Trade in Services of the World Trade Organization and, where considered necessary and appropriate, to make submissions in relation to the human rights implications of trade in services negotiations in the World Trade Organization, as well as in other forums;
5- تشجع المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان على طلب منحها مركز المراقب في مجلس التجارة في الخدمات التابع لمنظمة التجارة العالمية، وعلى تقديم معلومات وتقارير حيثما تعتبر ذلك ضرورياً ومناسباً، بشأن ما يترتب على المفاوضات التي تجري في منظمة التجارة العالمية وكذلك في محافل أخرى حول التجارة في الخدمات من آثار على حقوق الإنسان؛

60. The Special Rapporteur concurs with the High Commissioner for Human Rights that there is an urgent need for States using this technology to revise and update national legislation to ensure consistency with international human rights law.
