In the light of their relevance to these panels, the UNCTAD secretariat presented four of the reports submitted to the Conference (TD/B/RBP/CONF.6/3, 9, 11 and 12).

The draft proposals submitted to the Conference by the Group of Governmental Experts of the States Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be Deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to have Indiscriminate Effects shall constitute the basic proposals for consideration by the Conference.
تمثل مشاريع الاقتراحات المقدمة إلى المؤتمر من فريق الخبراء الحكوميين للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر الاقتراحات الأساسية لينظر فيها المؤتمر.

The technical papers submitted to the Conference were distributed to the participants, and most of them, as well as the report of the Conference, will be published through the United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names (UNGEGN) web site, developed and maintained by United Nations Statistics Division.
وقد وُزعت الورقات التقنية المقدمة إلى المؤتمر على المشتركين، وسيجري نشر معظمها، فضلا عن تقرير المؤتمر، عن طريق موقع الإنترنت الخاص بفريق الخبراء المعني بالأسماء الجغرافية التابع للأمم المتحدة، الذي تعده وترعاه الشعبة الإحصائية بالأمم المتحدة.

Although I have been told that this submission cannot be reflected in the draft report in front of us, due to time constraints, I hope that it will be reflected in the list of documents submitted to the Conference recorded under paragraph 37 of the final report of the Conference.
ورغم أنه قيل لي إنه تعذر الإتيان على مسألة تقديم تلك الوثيقة، نظراً لضيق الوقت، في مشروع التقرير المعروض علينا فإنني آمل أن تذكر في قائمة الوثائق المقدمة إلى المؤتمر والواردة في الفقرة 37 من التقرير الختامي للمؤتمر.

4. The proceedings of the Conference are to be published in two volumes – volume I containing the report of the Conference and the resolutions adopted,7 and volume II, the technical papers submitted to the Conference.
٤ - وستصدر وقائع المؤتمر في منشور لﻷمم المتحدة في مجلدين، يتضمن أولهما تقرير المؤتمر والقرارات التي اعتمدها)٧(، ويتضمن الثاني الورقات التقنية المقدمة إلى المؤتمر.

The PRESIDENT: In response, I would like to stress that yesterday the delegations were informed that all documents submitted to the Conference will be recorded in appendix I. This will be part of the report.
