Some delegations suggested that the wording of this article be compared with the wording of article 4 of the 1988 Convention.
١ - على كل دولة طرف أن تتخذ ما قد يلزم من التدابير لتأكيد سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المقررة في المادة )المواد( ]...[ حين يرتكب الجرم في اقليم تلك الدولة أو على ظهر سفينة أو طائرة مسجلة في تلك الدولة .اقترح بعض الوفود عقد مقارنة بين صياغة هذه المادة وصياغة المادة ٤ من اتفاقية ٨٨٩١ .
