(i) The identity, whereabouts and activities of persons suspected of involvement in the offences established in this Convention;
`١` هوية اﻷشخاص المشتبه في ضلوعهم في الجرائم المقررة في هذه الاتفاقية وأماكن تواجدهم وأنشطتهم ؛

to facilitate the secure and rapid exchange of information concerning all aspects of the offences established in this Convention, including, if the States Parties concerned deem it appropriate, links with other criminal activities;

(b) Routes and techniques used by persons suspected of involvement in offences established in this Convention, including in transit States, and appropriate countermeasures;
)ب( الدروب والتقنيات التي يستخدمها اﻷشخاص المشتبه في ضلوعهم في الجرائم المقررة في هذه الاتفاقية ، بما في ذلك في دول العبور ، والتدابير المضادة المناسبة ؛

1. States Parties shall take the necessary measures, including legislative and administrative measures, in accordance with the principles of their domestic law, with a view to the convergence of domestic legislation, in order to ensure the implementation of the obligations established in this Convention.
1- تتخذ الدول الأطراف، وفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، ما يلزم من تدابير، بما فيها تدابير تشريعية وإدارية، بغية مساوقة تشريعاتها الداخلية،() لضمان تنفيذ الالتزامات المقررة في هذه الاتفاقية.
