Bearing in mind the need for all Governments to cooperate with the Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance to enable him to carry out his mandate fully, and taking note in this regard of the importance attached by the Special Rapporteur to furthering dialogue with Governments, inter alia through visits made in situ,

145. In its resolution 2000/33, the Commission decided to change the title of the Special Rapporteur, from Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance to Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief.

Recalling Commission resolution 2000/33 of 20 April 2000 in which the title of the Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance was changed to Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief,
وإذ تذكر بقرار اللجنة 2000/33 المؤرخ 20 نيسان/أبريل 2000 تغيير تسمية المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعصب الديني إلى المقرر الخاص المعني بحرية الدين أو المعتقد،

In its resolution 2000/33, the Commission decided to change the title of the Special Rapporteur from Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance to Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief and that that change would be implemented at the next extension of the Special Rapporteur's mandate.
129- وقررت اللجنة، في قرارها 2000/33، أن تغيّر تسمية المقرر الخاص من " المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعصب الديني " إلى " المقرر الخاص المعني بحرية الدين أو المعتقد " ، على أن يُنفذ هذا التغيير لدى إجراء التمديد القادم لولاية المقرر الخاص.

The observer for Egypt also informed the Working Group that his Government did not recognize the Working Group's competence to deal with the issue of Christian Copts, and insisted that such issues were better dealt with by other mechanisms, especially the Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance.
كما أفاد المراقب عن مصر الفريق العامل بأن حكومته لا تعترف باختصاص الفريق العامل بالتعرض لقضية الأقباط المسيحيين، وأصر على أن معالجة مثل هذه القضايا تتم بصورة أفضل في آليات أخرى، لا سيما من خلال المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعصب الديني.

155. In its resolution 2000/33, the Commission decided to change the title of the Special Rapporteur from Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance to Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief.
155- وقررت اللجنة، في قرارها 2000/33، أن تغير تسمية المقرر الخاص من المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعصب الديني إلى المقرر الخاص المعني بحرية الدين أو المعتقد.

The Special Representative wishes to reiterate his appeal to the Government of the Islamic Republic to fulfil his outstanding recommendations (A/53/423, para. 45) as well as that of the Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance (see E/CN.4/1996/95/Add.2).
ويرغب الممثل الخاص في أن يعيد توجيه ندائه إلى حكومة جمهورية إيران الإسلامية لتنفذ توصياته العالقة (الفقرة 45 من الوثيقة A/53/423) وكذلك توصيات المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعصب الديني (انظر الوثيقة E/CN.4/1996/95/Add.2).

9. Calls upon all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance, to respond favourably to requests from the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries and to give serious consideration to inviting the Special Rapporteur to visit so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively;
9- تدعو كافة الحكومات إلى التعاون على نحو كامل مع المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعصب الديني وإلى الاستجابة على نحو مؤات للطلبات المقدمة من المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها وإلى النظر جدِّيا في دعوته إلى زيارة بلدانها بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته بمزيد من الفعالية؛
