In this regard, the Special Rapporteur would like to recall Human Rights Council resolution 7/34, which requests all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur in the discharge of his mandate, including by providing the information requested.

The Danish delegation believed that the text reflected a willingness to cooperate with the Special Rapporteur in the fulfilment of his mandate, which required the collaboration of Governments, and hoped that the draft resolution would be adopted by consensus.
وأضافت أن الوفد الدانمركي يرى في النص انعكاسا للرغبة في التعاون مع المقرر الخاص في الوفاء بولايته، التي تتطلب تعاونا من الحكومات، وتمنت أن يجري اعتماد مشروع القرار بتوافق اﻵراء.

However, another, preoccupying reason is that due to severe limitations on the availability of staff assisting the Special Rapporteur in the discharge of his mandate during the past year, some of the documents received which contained allegations of violations of the right to life simply could not be processed (see also below paras. 369-370).
