38. Note 16.1 of the Financial Statement for the year 2013 states that the General Conference vide its decision GC.14/Dec.19 approved an amount of Euro153,231,936 for the regular budget of the biennium 2012-2013 to be financed from the assessed contributions by Member States.
٣٨- وقد ورد في الملاحظة 16-1 من البيانات المالية لعام 2013 أن المؤتمر العام اعتمد بموجب مقرَّره م ع-14/م-19 مبلغ 936 231 153 يورو للميزانية العادية لفترة السنتين 2012-2013، يموَّل من الاشتراكات المقرَّرة على الدول الأعضاء.

The revised proposals take into account the announcement of one Member State to renounce its membership in the Organization and subsequent requests made by Member States that the Organization's regular budget shall be readjusted so as not to increase the assessed contributions of remaining Member States (decision IDB.39/Dec.7, paragraph (d) refers).
وتأخذ المقترحات المنقَّحة في الاعتبار إعلانَ إحدى الدول الأعضاء انسحابَها من عضوية المنظمة والطلبات التي تقدَّمت بها الدول الأعضاء لاحقاً بشأن بوجوب تعديل الميزانية العادية للمنظمة تفادياً لزيادة الاشتراكات المقرَّرة على بقية الدول الأعضاء (المقرَّر م ت ص-39/م-7، الفقرة (د)).
