وسيجري توسيع نطاق هذا التكامل الإقليمي كي يشمل المنطقة العربية، وذلك عن طريق مواصلة الشراكات الاستراتيجية مع المكتب دون الإقليمي لشمال أفريقيا التابع للجنة الاقتصادية لأفريقيا ومع منظمات إقليمية ودون إقليمية من قبيل جامعة الدول العربية ومجلس التعاون الخليجي.
