أولا - ٥٢ وطلبت الجمعية العامة من اﻷمين العام، في قرارها ٢٥/٠٢٢، أن يكفل تناسق الترتيبات المالية لمكتب اﻷمم المتحدة في نيروبي مع الترتيبات المالية للمكاتب اﻹدارية المماثلة التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة.

48. With regard to the report contained in document A/57/362, he recalled that the General Assembly in paragraph 101 of its resolution 52/220, had requested the Secretary-General to bring the financial arrangements of the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) into line with those of similar United Nations administrative offices.

While some steps had already been taken to bring the financial arrangements of the United Nations Office at Nairobi into line with those of similar United Nations administrative offices, pursuant to General Assembly resolution 62/236, much remained to be done.
